I began my credit union career as a teller twenty-four years ago. Over the years, I have moved into various positions including vault teller, loan processor, loan officer, branch supervisor, assistant manager, loan manager, vice president of lending, and CEO. I have been the CEO of A & S FCU for over six years. My favorite part of this job would be experiencing the camaraderie between the staff. We have a wonderful group of employees who are an excellent hard-working group of people. The most challenging part of this job would be dealing with the various types of fraud. It's becoming more difficult to determine and catch the fraudulent behavior before it happens. Regardless of that challenge, I love working in the credit union industry and hope to enjoy this rewarding career for years to come.
